Resources / Deployment Guide

Prepare to deploy DearPulse for your team

A reference roadmap to help your business align on objectives, data scope and usage before rollout. The exact configuration depends on your edition, modules and actual needs.

Six steps to start with purpose

Every step has a deliverable you can check, helping your rollout move from plan to real work.

01 · Set your objective and how you'll evaluate it

Write down one specific problem, the current metric, the desired result, the owner and a review date. Example: clarify sign-off criteria to reduce rework cycles. Deliverable: a pilot objective you can check against.

02 · Standardize one sample process

Pick a real task; define the assignee, the approver, the deliverable, the deadline and the proof of completion. Deliverable: a task assignment template clear enough for both sides to share the same understanding.

03 · Align on data and access permissions

Build a table of roles, the data each needs to see and the purpose of use; confirm the configuration with the deployment team. Tell users clearly what the scope is. Deliverable: a permissions table and a point of contact for change requests.

04 · Role-based onboarding

Employees try planning and updating their work; managers try assigning, giving feedback and signing off; operators check permissions and support guidelines. Deliverable: each role completes one sample scenario.

05 · Pilot with one team

Use a representative team to run a full cycle of task assignment, updates and sign-off. Log issues by scenario, level of impact and owner. Deliverable: an adjustment list with a re-check date.

06 · Evaluate, then scale

Compare against your objective, gather user feedback and check output quality. Scale only once access permissions, process and support are clear. Deliverable: a decision to expand, adjust or keep piloting, with a named owner.

What should you prepare before deployment?

Prepare: one priority objective; a list of departments and roles; one sample process; the approver; the data scope and permissions needed; the pilot group; a support contact; and a review date. For each item, note whether it is clear or still open and who needs to confirm it.
