ARIA Helps You Turn Data into Concrete Improvement Steps
See how ARIA supports Q&A about your data, creates or reschedules tasks and suggests improvements that fit how you are working.
What is ARIA? Meet DearPulse's AI Assistant
ARIA helps you ask about your data, organize your work and suggests improvement steps; users check the context and decide on the action themselves.
Having a report doesn't mean you know what to do
You open the performance page and see focus time dropping while attention switches rise. The numbers tell you something needs a second look, but the harder question is where to start changing things.
Maybe you need to adjust your schedule. Or maybe a task is missing information, so you keep having to go back and ask colleagues. Users need an easy-to-understand way into the data to pick the right improvement step.
ARIA is the AI assistant in the DearPulse experience
ARIA is the name of the AI assistant introduced in the video and the DearPulse demo interface. It aims to help users interact with their work and data through requests phrased in everyday language.
With the AI Assistant feature group described in V4, users can ask it to create tasks, reschedule tasks and offer suggestions. For example, a request like “Create a task to call back customer ABC on Thursday” turns an intention into a task with a due date you can track.
On the data side, users can ask about their own status instead of hunting down each metric. A question like “How many hours did I focus this week?” ties the data to a specific need. Analysis is limited to the viewer's scope: individual, department or business.
A useful assistant helps users understand the cause
Imagine an employee who wants to finish a proposal by Friday. They can use the assistant to create the task, review their own focus rhythm and weigh the right time to tackle the hard part.
The value of this process lies in connecting data to action. Users understand what to improve, choose a feasible change, then look back at the results after applying it.
Suggestions still need to be checked against real-world circumstances. A week with little focus time may include many necessary customer conversations. Advisory quality, progress and work results should still be read alongside the metrics.
Users stay in charge of decisions
ARIA makes it easier to access information and organize work. Users set their own priorities, check deadlines and choose the suggestions that fit their responsibilities.
