On May 16, 2026, in Hai Phong, DearPulse — a product of DearTech Software Co., Ltd. — officially took part in INCOTEH 2026 (International Conference on Technology and Digital Health). The event marked an important milestone, affirming DearPulse's technological capabilities and its sustainable growth strategy in the enterprise management software market.
The Story Behind DearPulse
As they go through digital transformation, many Vietnamese businesses run into the same problem: how to measure productivity objectively and control internal operational risk while still respecting employee privacy.
DearPulse was presented at the conference as an answer to that problem — instead of managing by gut feeling, businesses can make decisions based on real-time data.
Operational transparency isn't harsh surveillance — it's about providing the right data so both the business and its employees can grow together.
What DearPulse Presented at the Conference
DearPulse's presentation centered on three pillars of value:
- Productivity measurement based on actual workstation activity, within the hours and scope the business configures.
- Activity monitoring of apps and websites at an aggregate level, without reading private content.
- AI-powered analysis to detect anomalies, suggest improvements, and forecast risk.
All of it is built around compliance with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
Hands-On With the Product at the Conference
Visitors and delegates got hands-on time with the DearPulse dashboard using sample data, asking questions about its risk-control capabilities and its roadmap for applying AI to performance management. Many businesses were especially interested in how DearPulse balances management effectiveness with privacy.
Networking and Outreach
Beyond the presentation, the DearTech Software team also took part in topical panel discussions, exchanging ideas with experts from Vietnam and abroad on technology trends shaping enterprise management in the digital era.
The Road Ahead
Taking part in an international scientific conference gives DearPulse the momentum to keep refining its product, expand its AI capabilities, and support even more Vietnamese businesses on their journey toward transparent, efficient, and secure operations.
